Service Policies

If you have any questions or concerns, please contact the front desk. Office hours are from 7:30 AM until 9:00 PM. Although the front office door may be locked after 7:00 PM for security reasons, you may ring the night bell or call the front desk if you need assistance. All emergency numbers are posted at the front door.

 

  • All rooms are no smoking, and no pets are allowed
  • Check in time is 3:00 PM; check out time is 11:00 AM
  • There is a fifty dollar ($50) early departure fee
  • Cancellations less than seven (7) days prior to stays of one week or more will result in a charge of one night’s room rate
  • A three (3) day cancellation is required for stays under seven nights
  • No shows will be charged one night’s room rate
  • You must have a cancellation number to avoid a cancellation fee
  • Call us no later than sixty (60) days in advance of your arrival date to reconfirm your reservation of seven (7) nights or longer

  • PHONES: Local and 800 calls are free; for additional charges, check the phone instruction card in your room
  • MAID SERVICE: Available between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM. Sundays have limited service, and there is no service on holidays
  • KITCHENS: Kitchen clean-up is not included in maid service
  • COFFEE & JUICE: Served daily in the front office from 7:30 AM until 11:00AM. We also provide a continental breakfast on Saturdays and Sundays
  • COIN LAUNDRY: Coin operated washer and dryer available from 9:00 AM until 9:00 PM. Laundry detergent is available at the front office.
  • CLOTHESLINE: Located in the rear of the resort. Please do not hang clothing, towels, etc. on the railings
  • POOL & SPA: Pool and spa area is open from 9:00 AM until 9:00 PM. All children must be accompanied by an adult. Keep FOOD & DRINKS at tables only, and away from pool edge. ABSOLUTELY NO GLASS IS PERMITTED IN THE POOL AREA. Be courteous of others while using floats and other water toys in the pool. Please, no rafts. Children under the age of 6 are NEVER permitted in the spa (Health Department Safety Regulation). Please use the shower located in the pool area to rinse before entering the pool or spa.
  • POOL TOWELS: Towels are for pool and spa use ONLY, and are available in the front office and must be signed out. Please DO NOT take our towels to the beach!! There is a twenty dollar ($20) fee for each pool towel not returned. Bath towels, bedspreads and blankets are for room use only
  • ICE MACHINE: Located next to the soda machine. Please use ONLY the ice buckets provided. Please DO NOT fill your coolers from our ice machine as it does not make sufficient ice!
  • SAFETY DEPOSIT BOX: Available for guest use. Inquire ate front office
  • SHUFFLEBOARD: Enjoy! Instructions are available in the office
  • BICYCLES: Are free of charge for guest use. The front office will provide you with the lock key on request, and we ask that you please lock the bikes up when you are finished. Children under the age of 13 MUST wear a helmet
  • FISHING: Have fun and please eat the fish you catch or release them so they may grow larger. Clean fish on dock cutting board only. The front office will gladly provide plenty of rags. All remains go in the large dumpster at the front of the parking area, or in the tummy of your favorite heron

  • Use the front stairs only. The back stairs are designated for fire escape.
  • Use only the special face cloths provided for removing makeup. The office staff will gladly provide rags for car washing, fish cleaning, etc.
  • Close windows and doors when the air conditioning is on and when you leave the room for an extended period of time
  • Absolutely NO skateboarding, bike riding, rough play, or running in the courtyard or pool areas
  • Honor our No Smoking, No Pets policy
  • Be considerate of other guests – enjoy yourself and let others enjoy too!
